  • Guest：The service was truly exceptional. Even though the staff didn’t speak much English, they were incredibly patient and always willing to translate everything using their phones, which made communication smooth and stress-free. One moment that really stood out was when our room card didn’t work after we decided on a late checkout. The housekeeping lady noticed our struggle and kindly helped us get into the room. Shortly after, our new room card was delivered by a robot — such a futuristic and fun experience! The facilities were amazing, especially for families with a baby. They provide snacks and fresh fruits at noon, which was perfect for my baby to eat something healthy during the trip. In the evening, they also serve dim sum and steamed food, which my baby could enjoy too. This made traveling with a baby so much easier and more comfortable. The location is also very convenient — just a short walk to One Avenue Mall and Gangxiabei Station. Everything was accessible and easy. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Shenzhen. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children!
  • Guest：The location is convenient if you are traveling by public transport, as it is near a subway station. However, cars are not allowed to drive in to wait for guests—you must walk up to the gantry. If you need a car to wait at the hotel lobby, it is practically impossible, as coordination between the hotel and building management is slow once the car has reached the gantry.
  • Guest：I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location — it is within less than a 2-minute walking distance to Gangxia North Metro Station (Exit A), making it extremely convenient to travel around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was attentive, and the overall environment was quiet and welcoming. The hotel also offers a good breakfast with a nice variety of choices, and I especially appreciated the sufficient tea time and supper selections, which were convenient and satisfying after a long day out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Communication was smooth, and their service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with an excellent location and thoughtful services. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers visiting Shenzhen, and I would happily stay here again.
